Officially Winter

Did you know that yesterday was the official First Day of Winter? It was also the Winter Solstice which means it was the shortest day of the year! That means it is time to break out of the fall hues and step into the cozy blues and fiery reds.

Transitioning from fall to winter can be fairly simply because a lot of the time we can just switch up our accessories while still keeping our basics. Take your basic black dress for instance...

Winter is also a great time to explore some amazing color combinations! Pairing your favorite lingerie with your makeup is also another great way to welcome winter. And I'm sure the gentlemen in your life will appreciate your coordinating accessories!

Travel Tuesday | Winter Travels Abroad

After I finish grad school and get a full-time teaching job, my plan is to travel as much as I can during the holidays. While I love spending Christmas at home with my family, I cannot wait to go out and explore the world. And what better time to do so then during the holidays!
