- Trust that money won't make you happy.
- Realize that "meaningless one-night stands" aren't meaningless.
- Get your heart broken; you'll be better for it.
- That said, do not date a guy who takes gym selfies.
- Marry someone who makes you laugh.
- Respect your body.
- Be silly when you can.
- Forget about age.
- Cut yourself some slack.
- Have kids if you want to.
- But recognize that being a parent is hard.
- Speaking of which, stop blaming your parents.
- Never stop believing in yourself.
- Try not to criticize.
- Netflix the following: Ferris Bueller's Day Off; Planes, Trains and Automobiles; Grease; As Good as It Gets; and Dirty Dancing.
- Take action, however big or small.
- And vote!
- Don't be a bully.
- Live in this moment. Everything in your past is gone and everything in your future is undecided. All you really have is this moment, right now. So be the very best you can be. Let yourself shine. If you always do that, your life is going to be great. I promise.
If you had one piece of advice to give, what would it be?
